M’sia #09: Day Nine Food Post (Part II)

As usual, eat-talk-eat outing with 5 others at a chinese rundown restaurant located in Bukit Tinggi (just before the Bukit Tinggi Resort).


One of my favourite style of steam fish is the teochew way – using a whole fish, and with salted vegetables, salted plums (optional), tofu and tomatoes. The soup mixture itself is savory!
FYI, Teochew is a chinese dialect group, and you don’t have to be one to love teochew style of cooking.

Next up, a cosy chat-drink-chat at Terrace at Hock Chun again (my second time within the same week). An addictive place to chill-out indeed!

As an infrequent drinker, i tend to forget cocktail names, therefore not being able to provide much drinks info.
