Pasta with Stir-Fry Vegetables

Based on my last post i was told by my doc to avoid spicy foods, curries, sambals, seafood, etc. So since i’m still on a strict diet regime, dishing out today’s healthy dinner was relatively easy.


 As for my dotties, it’s fading and healing at the same time…  Can’t wait to taste nasi lemak and seafood again! *wide smile*
