Home for Dinner

I enjoy Tuesday nights, a night where Doug and i spend dinner time with my family, a time for us to update our whats-going-ons during the week.

The one thing i (still) always look forward to, is my mum’s brewing soups. *Drools*
For the past 10 over years, she never cease to soup for us (of different recipes) thrice a week…
Now that i’m married, it’s once a week.            

                     
Soup of the day: Lotus Root Soup (In cantonese: Ling Ngau)

I’m aiming to learn her soup recipes by year-end, when i’m not dragging my feet, that is.
