To Knit or Not to Knit?

While strolling through kinokuniya, i stumbled upon books and more DIY books about knitting… Goodness! Those cover snapshots of knitting samples caught my attention!

Moi? Interested in knitting?
This time’s different, as i flicked through an unsealed book, wow! Creative looking mini bags, dolls, sweatshirts and many more you can DIY, and it’s not at all old fashion in design, it’s modern, sweet and elegant patterns for modern-day use! Nice!

The thought of learning to knit baby booties, socks, or little dresses/ T-shirts or handbags and shawls (below), got me excited!

Buut! Here’s the list of buts:
1. Will i have time to really sit down and be so patient?

2. I’m more likely to be bullied and absorbed by the wool!

3. Hunting down a not so expensive shop that sell wide ranges of knitting tools, accessories and yarns can be difficult here. Similar to this:  http://www.knitpicks.com/

4. And of course i need to be disciplined enough to progressively finish what i started. I can be a procrastinator at times…

Knitting these days aren’t only for grannies, but for us too!

So to knit or not to knit?
Will it be my new obsession?
Donno!
